Refund policy
An order can be canceled and receive a full refund before it has processed to ship. Once an order has a tracking number we are no longer able to stop it from shipping.
Shipped Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of your purchase. Starter kits and unopened bags of Wine Chips should be returned to receive a refund.
Once your return has been processed your refund will be issued. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process once it has been issued.

Return Policy
All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund all items must be returned. When applicable, this includes the container tube and all bags in the order. If a bag has been opened we asked that you securely seal it and include it in your return. We reserve the right to give partial refunds for orders that are returned missing items.
In order to process your return you will need to cover the return shipping. Once we receive the returned order in our warehouse we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price. Once the refund has been processed you will see it reflected in your account in 3-5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
