After a not so great batch, the Wine Chips team sent out a replacement batch and they were the amazing, delicious wine chips I remember. Lots of cheesy flavor and perfectly cooked. We had no idea they were sending a replacement order until I randomly got an email saying my order was shipped. They even included a special limited addition flavor (Pimento) which was incredible. We couldn't believe how much they went above and beyond to keep us happy and I am so grateful they did. Thank you for everything! Looking forward to our next order.

Was really sad with my most recent purchase. Spent $80 for 12 bags and it was not worth the price. In previous batches, the Chips were well seasoned with a white bluecheese powder that I couldn't get enough of. This batch almost seemed like it had no seasoning at all. The chips themselves were slightly overcooked and had a slight bitter taste to them. Not sure what changed with the seasoning, but would love to have the powdery well seasoned chips back.

I like the chips, but they weren't as blue cheesy as I expected. They are a sturdy chip and did not suffer breakage in shipping. I would try other flavors before trying these again.
