GATHER CHARLESTON PAIRING KIT

Wine Chips is being featured this year at the Gather Charleston 2023, a premier Food & Wine event in Charleston, South Carolina. In partnership with Ray Isle, Executive Wine Editor for Food & Wine Magazine, we designed a pairing kit that would compliment the array of fine wines in the Gather Charleston tasting seminar.

We worked closely with Ray and our in-house Batch Masters to both identify existing Wine Chips flavors that would work well with his seminar and also to create new flavors that would hone in on specific seasonings to help focus the wine pairing experience.

In the Gather Charleston Pairing Kit, we’ve brought you similar flavors that we prepared for the Aspen Food & Wine Classic attendees but with a few new pairings and we added a small Carolina twist "Carolina Honey". As always with our exclusive pairing kits, we’ve produced a comprehensive 8x10 pairing card that shows what kinds of wines pair best with each flavor.
