Always a hit and high in demand, these Private Reserve flavors have been expertly tasted and paired by Food & Wine Magazine's executive wine editor, Ray Isle.  As with anything limited, these flavors will fly fast, so grab your order today.

Without further ado, we are happy to have Ray introduce these fantastic, Limited Edition fall flavors:

Sweet Potato Spice — simple, buttery, earthy. When you think of a seasonal staple  like this, all you need are the essentials. Sweet Potato’s natural sugary-sweetness is boosted by a dash of brown sugar combined with a hint of cinnamon for that bit of autumnal spice! Pair it with an off-dry Riesling or Zinfandel!

Ray's Pairing Notes: Our palates tend to interpret fruitiness as sweetness, so a fruity, low tannin-red like a California Zinfandel. Or an Italian Primitivo would also work great here.”

Cider Glazed Ham — Salty, faintly sweet and, yes, hammy. The main course, Cider Glazed Ham, may be a cousin of sorts to mainstay, Billionaire’s Bacon, coming to visit during the holidays! Every bite is as if you’ve sliced into a real, succulent ham! Incorporating the candied sweetness and tang of cider with a touch of smokiness, and complemented by memorable meatiness, it can be paired with an off-dry white or red. 

Ray's Pairing Notes: “The way to go with these chips is as if you just had a cider glazed ham as your main course. Vouvray—ideally off-dry but dry as well—often has an apple-like character that would be great here; or go with a medium-bodied, crisp red like a Pinot Noir from California. (Secret pro tip: Sparkling Rosé would also be killer.)

Baked Potato Sour Cream & Chives —  Finally, our Baked Potato & Chives treats you to the expertly emulated essence of a classic side! Like the real thing, this chip comes with all the fixings to make your mouth water; sour cream, butter, and chives, the perfect trifecta! Grab a bottle of Burgundy, Chardonnay or Pinot Noir to enhance your toasty tasting!

Ray's Pairing Notes: I’ve used these chips in so many tastings around the country, and I love them! They’re all about the creaminess of the sour cream flavor, so pick a bright white with nice acidity such as a Chablis or White Burgundy, or pick a red with some (but not a huge amount) of tannins. I’ve found Montepulciano di Abruzzo works like a charm; so do Merlots from California or Washington.”
